14 Bishop Street - YORKVILLE

This is a 1+1 (cough, cough) bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 12 x 60 foot lot.  That is small!

It reminds me of the row house at 119 Trinity Street in Cork Town that was listed in January for $569,000.  I am not sure what it sold for but it was on the market for several weeks so it was probably a little under asking.

This house is in Yorkville and is listed at $699,000!

The listing has a +1 bedroom but I am not really sure what that 3rd floor space is.  It is more like storage which is good because there doesn't seem to be a basement.

The people in this house really like red.  The front door is red, the floors are basically red, the kitchen is red (what's with this red kitchen trend?), the throw is red, the pillow is red, the cube is red, the art is red...

This is a good condo alternative.  There is no parking but you can get a street permit for $185/year and the backyard is a true city yard that basically only fits a bbq and a chair or two.  But for the price, when you compare it to a house down the street at 34 Bishop that sold for $1,139,000, this is a steal!

Granted that place had a nicer style in my opinion and there was parking and a bit of a yard but if you like red kitchens and floors, and are happy with that carpet on the stairs, this is a move right in house!  It won't stay on the market long.
