I love this house!!!
But $1,899,000!?!
It is basically a 1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 53.5 x 69.5 foot lot with an option for another bedroom in the basement.
This house is move in ready. That faux brick in the front hall might not be for everyone and it looks like the floors might be old but everything looks great. And I love that they have a tv outside on the patio!
Considering that the house across the street at 215 Glen Road that was DONE (and had 4 bedrooms) was listed at $1,895,000 and sat for several weeks, I am not sure this will sell for asking. Then again, I am not sure what 214 sold for but since it did sit, it probably was under (probably more like $1.699, just a guess).
Maybe this is an emotional buy like the house at 44 Munro Park that sold for $1,525,000 but it is located at a busy corner.
I am thinking more $1,699,000.
But if you are an empty-nester with money and you want something small but nice, this might be it.
Maybe $1,750,000.
(For a 1 bedroom! It's crazy! I know!!!!)
