30 Sharron Drive - LEASIDE
Leaside again!
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom a block away from my last post at 145 Hanna.
It was initially listed in July for $1,589,000. The price was then reduced to $1,549,000 in mid August.
When it looked like this in February 2011...
It was listed at $649,000.
This house has the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as the Hanna house but it doesn't have the 'charm' or the backyard.
The Hanna house is also on a 30 x 145 lot versus a 25 x 110 foot lot. And it has trees.
Do you think if this place has had a hard time selling for only $50,000 more than Hanna that both are overpriced? Probably....by about 7-10% each. But as I said in the Hanna post, some people are crazy about Leaside.
Which house would you rather buy?
PS. Not sure I am crazy about that kitchen/family room ceiling.
