34 Vesta Drive - FOREST HILL
Below is what this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom 5,800 square foot house on a 50 x 130 foot lot used to look like.
It's not necessarily a tear down from the outside but I am not loving that sloped roof.
It is exactly what the house at 201 Vesta down the street will look like in a year.
I am not a big fan of the huge walk up to the front door. Couldn't the basement have been dug down just a little more?
It is similar to the house at 190 Forest Hill that was listed initially at $6,495,000 and was ultimately dropped to $5,680,000. I am not sure how much it sold for though.

This house has been on the market since July and is listed at $4,485,000.
I think it is still overpriced but I think most houses in Forest Hill are overpriced.
Seriously, sliding doors for $4.5 million!?!
I'm thinking high 3s. Very low 4s at the most.
