This is a 2+4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached bungalow with a finished basement with a roughed in kitchen right at the corner of Gerrard and Coxwell in Little India.
It is clearly a flip.
It was listed last September for $425,000. There were no takers so it was dropped to $369,900 after a week. By January, there were still no takers so it was dropped again to $359,000.
This is what this house used to look like.
It looks like it is falling apart but the lawn is mowed.
And it didn't have that new fence. What's with that fence!?!
I am a little confused about the layout inside. It looks like they took down a wall in the living room and moved it over 3 feet. This would have been a good open concept house instead and there could have been room for a proper entryway and a proper sized dining room!
The kitchen is very red. That could be a dealbreaker for many. Otherwise, this house is fine but it is a little overpriced.
It was listed in June for $569,900 but it has been dropped to $549,800 after 3 months.
For that price, in this neighbourhood, I would rather live at 168 Gainsborough even though it is a semi and doesn't have 3 spots for parking.
This feels like a fast flip.
But the video is AMAZING. Kind of like the video for the house at 218 Cottingham...but not quite.
I don't need to see that apple eating part. Or the shower scene. Or the card. And is it me or does this guy's wife sound more like his mother?
This guy might have a fancy Infiniti but the neighbourhood isn't exactly fancy (why doesn't he use the side door to get in the house?). It is slowly changing but for now, I feel like this house is a little overpriced.
Perhaps $525,000. It is a big yard.
