This 3+3 bedroom, 3 bathroom restored bungalow on a 72.5 x 290.92 foot ravine lot in Mississauga has been listed for a while.  

It was initially listed at $1,999,900 which I thought was a little high.

But when you consider that a neighbour at 

722 Nautalex Court (seen below)

that needed a lot of work (I don't have the interior pictures, but I am telling you it needed a LOT of work) sold for $1,500,000...

You would think the price wasn't too far off.

I did think the price was a little high though and that it was more of a low to mid $1.8 house. 

The price was dropped in August to $1,899,000 but it still didn't sell.

It is now listed at $1,799,000.
