PRICE DROP #3 - 196 Grace Street - BICKFORD PARK

Here is a perfect example of multiple price drops due solely to the wrong price in the beginning....

This flipped semi just north of College Street was originally put on the market in January when it was listed at $1,549,000.  

Seriously.

Of course that price was ridiculous and the house didn't sell.  The price was then dropped in June to $1,489,000.  

It was still too high so they dropped the price again in August to $1,389,000.  

I still thought that was $300,000 too high!!!

They have dropped the price again but they are still going to have to go lower.  

It is now listed at $1,249,000.
