PRICE DROP/RELIST - 138 Bedford Road - ANNEX
This house has been on the market since October 2011 when it was listed for $4,950,000.
I posted it in December, 2 months after the price had dropped to $4,450,000. I compared it to another French Chateau wannabe house in Forest Hill at 2 Montclair which also never went on to sell and was recently for leasefor $19,500/month.
This house dropped its price again in May after my initial post. The price was dropped to $3,900,000.
Clearly these people want to sell as the price has now come down again with a new agent.
It is currently listed at $3,850,000. More than a million dollars less than the initial listing price. It was WAY overpriced to begin with though.

Is this the right price? It's probably still too high...but it is 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms!
