RELISTED - 156 Langley Avenue - RIVERDALE

This semi was originally listed in June for $879,900.

It is 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on a 16.17 x 118 foot lot with a detached 2 car garage in the back.

I liked it when it was listed.  I thought it could sell for $969,000 if there was someone who liked the colour of the kitchen cabinets (I don't so much).

Well, it was 'suspended' one month later.

In that time, the attached house at 154 Langley that needed some work was listed at  $759,000, then $815,000, then $799,000.  And it sold for $778,000.

Now this house is listed again and it is listed for $100,000 MORE than it was listed at in June.

$979,900.

That is $10,900 more than I though it could sell for in June....if there was someone who liked the kitchen.

This should be interesting.
