A reader sent this in last week (thanks Paul!) and I never got around to posting it. It has now sold.
It was listed at $999,900 and sold for $1,060,888.
It isn't my style, especially the staging furniture but it isn't a bad flip. It was listed in October 2011 for $799,000.
They painted the front but I actually prefer the blue.
There is just something a little to orange about the new colour.
I don't love the finishes but there was clearly someone who did.
Wonder if they are going to keep that faux brick around the fireplace!!! What is with the faux brick today!?!
Also, what is the deal with those stairs in the laundry room? It's kind of hard to carry a basket of laundry on those stairs.
I am not surprised about the price for this house even though it isn't my thing. It is large with 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on a 19.5 x 110.25 foot lot. It has a parking spot. And for many, it is a great location on a good street...
But why the tassel boob lights!?!
