CANADIAN KEIFER SUTHERLAND SELLS HIS NYC TOWNHOUSE FOR $17.5 MILLION!!!!

Fellow Canadian Keifer Sutherland has sold his house at 763 Greenwich Street in New York. And it is really beautiful. I suppose for $17.5 million, it should be! Basically, the only colour that can be found in or on the house are the green shutters on the outside but it is elegant.
There were also no trees! And because this might be my favourite video of all time, I had to post it here for everyone to see.
