This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi that just sold looks really good from the front but it didn't look like that 3 years ago.

I am not sure when the reno in this house happened but it looks dated. It is a good sized house but the kitchen seems like it would feel really cramped if there was more than one person in there.
Not sure if those lights come with the house but they are kind of awful. They reminded me that I saw similar boob lights in a listing recently but there were tassles hanging down from them. Who thought that was a good idea!?! If I find it again, I will post it.
This house was listed at $828,000.
It sold for $825,000.
I would have preferred the house at 104 Fuller HANDS DOWN.
And that place is listed at $749,000!!!
Clearly not what it is going to sell for though!
