I am not sure if this is a flip but it has a new reno and I really like it.
I like the floors. I like the kitchen though I think open shelves on either side of the sink would have looked better. Maybe something like this...
But I still like the kitchen the way it is.
I like the bathrooms (except for the travertine in the first floor powder room). It has a good sized yard...

It's unfortunate that you have to walk through the living room to get to the rest of the house but I am assuming there is a good sized closet at that front door. And it is nice to have the front door blocked off.
This house is listed at $899,900. As it is only 2 bedrooms, some might think that it will be hard to get the asking price but this is a done house with a good location and a good parking situation.
I think it will go for closer to $923,000. Maybe even $945,000. It does come with all the light fixtures!
