It is a large house and offers a lot for a family. The second and third floor layouts are really good!

Ummm........if you are spending $3.25 million on a house and have a cottage to go to in the summer (is that what the bag is from on the second floor hallway).........

Garden maintenance aside, this is a really great house. Whoever buys it might want to make changes but other than the washrooms (and maybe adding another one to the third floor), there really isn't much to do.
This house is listed at $3,250,000.
It's done, the layout is good, and it is large...with a 3 car garage.
I can see this going up to $3,400,000.
