A house where I like the dark trim! It really suits the style of the furniture.
This isn't a large house but it is a decent size for a couple or small family.
I am not sure what is going on with the kitchen though. It looks like that is a portable dishwasher stuffed at the top of the stairs to the basement. I know this house isn't wide at 12.08 x 90.75 feet but it would have made more sense to add some lower cabinets on the empty wall and put the dishwasher at the end of the kitchen where the coffee maker is. But then the oven and dishwasher would open onto each other....
The listing says this is a 4 bedroom house but I am not sure anyone would be too keen on sleeping in the third floor loft for any extended period of time. Perhaps as an office and guest room...but not a full time bedroom (even though there is roughed in plumbing for a washroom).
The basement isn't finished but could easily be dry walled if you needed the extra space.
This house is listed at $649,000.
It's nicer than the house at 92 Massey though I am not sure if it ever sold. It was first listed at $695,000 before the price was dropped to $649,000. It had one more bathroom and was a little bit bigger but I prefer this house.
I am not sure this will sell for listing but I don't think it will be too far off. Probably somewhere closer to $629,000.
Too bad about that dishwasher situation (oh, and the tiled ceiling).
