67 Dewson Street - DUFFERIN GROVE

This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 28.33 x 132 foot lot.

It has apparently been in Canadian House and Home and also on 'HGTV Room Service'. I wasn't able to find the House and Home photos but I found the Room Service photo...

I guess the home owners used to use the third floor bedroom as an office.

I can't tell what is happening with the floors. I can't tell if they are really old or if the stain has been sanded off to leave them natural. Maybe both! Either way, the floors could probably be redone through out the house at some point....

I don't understand why the front porch has stairs to the side. It would look a lot more welcoming if they looked like the stairs of the house across the street...

The front porch aside, this is a nice house and my guess is that the kitchen was the room in House and Home magazine. It is a good kitchen and that extra storage near the backdoor is a good idea though that could have been a good mudroom as well.

The bathrooms are good even though there are only 2 of them, the bedrooms are all a good size, it has a private drive with a garage, and a nice backyard.....problem is, it seems kind of cold, temperature wise, especially that sun room. It could just be the photos though.

The listing price is $1,049,000.

This is a move right in house. I think the price is right but this will sell fast and possibly closer to $1,100,000. That driveway is a big draw!
