$1,995,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 15.67 x 85 foot lot with no parking!!!!

Do these people not know about the house at 107 Marlborough on the other side of Yonge that has been delisted because it was overpriced!?!

Or that the 4 bedroom row house with no parking also on the other side of Yonge at 25 Alcorn just sold for $1,095,000!?!

$900,000 less than this house!!!!!!

This is a new reno.  They have taken the paint off the front of the house to show the brick.  This is what it used to look like...

Clearly they have done a lot of work to this house but $2 million for a 3 bedroom row house with no parking and basically no backyard!?!?!

They must not really want to move.  They are just throwing that number out there to see what they get.

There is no WAY this will sell for anywhere CLOSE to asking.
