DELISTED - 107 Marlborough Avenue - SUMMERHILL

This renovated semi in Summerhill has been on the market for what feels like forever!

It is a nice reno and I love the floors and bathrooms but this is only 3 bedrooms and has no parking.

It was first listed in May for $1,839,000 which was crazy (apparently it is owned by the same people who have listed the house at 33 Lowther which also has a crazy price).  It didn't sell so the price was dropped at the end of May by $39,001 to $1,799,999.

Clearly this wasn't enough so the price was dropped again in July to $1,739,900.

My guess is that it will be back on the market this week for $1,699,999.  

Even though I really like this house, it is not a $1.7 house.  It's a $1,539,000 house...TOPS!
