It was last listed in February 2011 for $529,000 so I guess this is a flip. This is what it used to look like...
That looks like a completely different house! New roof, new paint...
It isn't big but it looks good. According to a reader (thanks Clara), there are weird antique doors and nooks with laundry shoots but all I see are nice doors!
Not sure I am loving the look of the storage under the stairs on the first floor though!
I wouldn't say the location is the best and it isn't a huge house. But for the price, it offers a lot. Lots of bedrooms, a finished basement, a not huge but ok sized yard. No parking though. Good thing it is located so close to the Gerrard streetcar!
