PRICE DROP - 138 Lyndhurst Avenue - CASA LOMA

This 6+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 60 x 187 foot lot was originally listed in May for $2,900,000.  The style is a little more traditional than I normally like but it is a great house.

So, when they raised the price at the end of May to $3,100,000, I was a little confused but all for it.  This house is definitely worth it and would easily be listed for this much if it were a little bit further east and located in South Hill or Forest Hill.

Well, looks like no one agreed.

The price has been dropped and it is now listed at $2,890,000.

If you had that much money and you were looking in Casa Loma, would you rather buy the flip at 27 Wells Hill or this house for $141,000 more!?!

For me, there is no contest.
