PRICE DROP #2 - 30 Sharron Drive - LEASIDE

This is another 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom t in Leaside.  Like my last post at 145 Hanna, this house was overpriced to begin with.

This is a new build compared to Hanna but it sits on a smaller lot of 25 x 110 and the yard is not landscaped at all.

It was initially listed in July for $1,589,000 and was then dropped to $1,549,000 in August.

I thought both houses were about 7-10% overpriced then (probably more for Hanna).

This house has now dropped its price to $1,499,000 but I think it will sell for closer to $1,425,000.
