The person that lives here LOVES red.  What is with red as the only colour in a house?

This house is good.  The doors and windows are new but that door is not good.  I bet the original was a nice wood door that could have been painted.  

Everything on the first floor is beige except for the recently bought red flowers.  This place needs some new paint!

Upstairs is filled with the same exciting red.  Actually, the most exciting thing in this house is the old phone and typewriter sitting on the kids' desks.  Clearly staging stuff.  And that third floor was clearly staged as well.  There is no red and there is no way the owner of this house wouldn't have red somewhere.  That room that is all red is clearly the owner's room.

This is a good house in general but I suspect it will get a good reno.  Everything is a little tired.  But maybe with some new paint, it would look a bit fresher!

Makes me wonder why the house at 63 Parkway Avenue that has more charm hasn't sold yet!  I thought that house was going over!!!

PS.  was there a sale at IKEA for those Ringum rugs?
