63 Parkway Avenue - RONCESVALLES
In June, I posted a house at 4 Garden Avenue that belonged to Kyle Lin from Roncesvalles Victorian Reno Diary, a local blog that I mentioned back in January.
He has since moved and started another blog called High Park Edwardian Reno Diary.
But it looks like he isn't the only Toronto blogger on the move!
This house that was listed today belongs to designer Jenn Hannotte of The Interiorist, a blog that I mentioned in June with regards to the Davisville Village semi at 635 Hillsdale Avenue East.
And funnily enough, this house is very similar to Kyle Lin's new house!
This house looks great now but looks even better with the furniture!
Why did Jenn take out all the furniture before taking the listing photos!?!
Here are the photos of her house WITH furniture from her blog...
As you can see, rooms have moved back and forth but I really like the style.
I still don't understand, why did she take out her furniture!?!
That third floor room colour looks odd without the furniture but amazing with it! I don't get it!!!
Either way, this is a good house. That kitchen isn't going to be for everyone, the white trim on the front of the house needs to be painted something else, the basement isn't finished and the rest of the house could probably use some updating.
She even confesses on her blog that her backyard has not been taken care of...
But this is a great detached house in a good neighbourhood.
It is 5 bedrooms, only 2 bathrooms but the big one is done, the yard is large though it needs work, and it is detached with a garage.
It is listed at $949,000.
This will sell for $989,000. But I would even go with $1,039,000.
