It was listed at $1,375,000.

It sold for $1,520,000.

That is more $45,000 more than the similar sized house in the South Annex at 254 Major Street!

I wouldn't say I love the kitchen of this house but it is new and perhaps with white or really light grey walls, I would be more into it.  And though  I don't love stained glass, it is nice that they kept it in this house (except that wall of it is WAY too much for me).

This house is big, it has a basement nanny/in-law suite that has a separate entrance so could also be used as a rental, there is lots of parking which is a huge plus, and if you like College, the location is great.

I would have thought this hosue would go over but not quite as high.  

Maybe the kitchen looks better in person.

(And taxes are only 2/3rds of the Major Street taxes!  Taxes for this house for 2012 are $4,294.57.)
