The Razor House
This house was designed by the California based Abramson Teiger Architects. The interior was done by Arriz Hassam of 3rd Uncle Design Inc and co-owner of the Dufferin Grove house that he shares with Suzanne Dimma. The Contractor was Ross Gilmore of SCE Construction Management.
It has been featured in many publications such as Canadian House and Home and Architectural Digest.
There isn't a lot of information out there for this house but I thought it was worth a post. It is 12,500 square feet and is located somewhere near Toronto.
I have no idea what the price is but I am going to guess $8,500,000 (though I have no idea where it is so I could be way off!).
Oh! And it has a Bulthaup kitchen...like this house USED to have.
And that is a fish tank beside the pool. I thought it was a massive fireplace.
