 THIS is a MESS!!!!

I have no idea what has happened here, what the intention was, or why someone bought this house (assuming it ever sold) and did this.

These are the BEFORE pictures from the listing in May 2012 when it was listed for $970,000...

Below are the AFTER pictures.

What the ---- were they thinking!?!

Firstly, they painted the front porch white so it is REALLY dirty.  The door has been painted rotten milk beige....

That fireplace!!!!

But the worst part about this whole thing is they got rid of the hallway to the kitchen and added a powder room!!!!!!!!

So, to get to the kitchen, you have to walk through the dining room and living room.  And WHY is the fridge under the stairs like that!?!

If you are going to do a 'flip' or whatever you want to call this, at least change the door knobs!  Those are the originals and most of them are not adding any 'charm'.

Those floors are the originals too and will need to be replaced soon.

This might be the worst flip I have ever seen.  It was sooooo much better before.

I am not sure what the thought process was behind this, if this was a first time flip...really, I just don't know, but the new price is $1,099,000.

 This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 27.83 x 165 foot lot is now a $899,000 house.

None of this makes sense to me. 

But know what does make sense to me.....

Venus Flytrap explaining the Atom makes more sense to me than this house.

This house could have been amazing and I guess it still could be.  I just don't understand the thought process behind buying this, doing what they did to the kitchen, and then listing it $129,000 higher.  

It is really strange.

But location is still good.  It is across the street from a pretty good grade school.
