The house at 17 Wroxeter around the corner just sold for $941,000. Sure it doesn't have the view but even with a full gut and overhaul, it will still be less that $1.5.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 34 x 69.5 foot loot. It does have a garage attached to the house which is a big plus but the price is just WAY too high.
There is no yard!!! And it needs updating.
This house is insanely overpriced.
And though it is clear that a LOT of work went into staging this house, they forgot the ashtray full of butts on the patio. Woops!
