I really like this house. It might be a little to close to Harbord but the house itself is great.
It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.5 x 95 foot lot.
The kitchen isn't huge but it looks functional and I like the style. The family room is a big plus with the glass doors and the built in unit. Speaking of the built in, it kind of reminds me of the house at 16 Gormley in Deer Park that was listed a year ago and sold for 7% over asking. It's the grey paint.
There aren't a lot of photos so we only get to see one bedroom but it is good. It is a good size and I really like the style of the windows.
This house actually reminds me a bit of the house at 285 Brunswick that sat for a while at $1,150,000 but the location of this house is probably a little better. Not so close to the Brunswick house and a parking lot.
Both houses are great and this area is going to pick up. It might have a lot of students and rentals right now but in a few years.........well, it will still have students and rentals but the neighbourhood is picking up.
This house was listed at $1,179,000.
It sold in 8 days for $1,192,600.
This was a good buy.
