PRICE DROP - 27 Wells Hill Avenue - CASA LOMA

This house in Casa Loma was listed in June 2011 for $1,595,000.

I am not sure what it sold for but considering that the house at 39 Wells Hill with basicaly no backyard sold for $1,375,000, this place probably sold for more.

This house was then flipped.  It is now a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30 x 161.63 foot lot.

Though I love the look of the ouside, the inside is basically just another new build.  

There were a lot of things not right with this place like that fireplace (wtf!), the tiny stove, the washer and dryer placements, the post in the middle of the kitchen, the tile 'rug' at the front door as one reader called it......and the price.

It was listed at $2,749,000.

There was no WAY this was selling for that price.

I thought it was going to sell for closer to $2,349,000, at the MOST.

The new price is $2,495,000.

I am now thinking closer to $2,149,000.

PS.  The listing says this is a 'transitional' rebuild.  What does THAT mean?
