And it went for.....

On Monday, I posted this 2 bedroom semi at 251 Boston Avenue located just south of Gerrard in North Leslieville.

The kitchen is pretty tiny but it is good.  And assuming the basement is taller than 5 feet, the rest of the house is pretty good too.

It was listed at $449,900.  I thought it was a good price but considering that it was only 2 bedrooms, it might be a little high.

It sold for $440,000.

Pretty pretty pretty good.
