This 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60 x 138.85 foot lot over looking Donaldo Golf Course at 112 Three Valley Road in Don Mills was first listed in July.
The house has been updated and though it isn't a really recent reno, I like everything about it (except for the backsplash).
It was first listed at $1,388,000.
I thought that with only 2 bedrooms, it was probably over priced but considering the lot and the reno that $1,299,000 might make more sense.
Well, this house was relisted at the beginning of November for $1,288,800. I missed it but it just sold....
For $1,258,000.
Do you think the new owners are keeping it as is or tearing it down and building something like the neighbour at 114 Three Valleys?
