And it went for....
After 3 price drops, this 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20.5 x 77.04 foot lot at 26 Tranby Avenue in the Annex has sold.
It was first listed in July for $1,774,900 (or $1,775,000 depending on where you looked).
At the time, I thought it was more of a $1,674,900 house. The lot isn't deep and there is no parking but it did show really well with all the South Hill and Hollace Cluny furniture.

Again it didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,675,000, my initial price guess. But by this point, it still was too high. I thought more like $1,599,000 would be better.
By November, there was still no sale so they hired a new agent and priced it at $1,579,000.
It just sold......
For $1,555,000.
Wonder how much of an issue the parking is going to be.
