PRICE DROP #2 - 26 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX

This 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi in the Annex was initially listed in July.  The price was $1,774,900.

It was way too high!  I thought that it would have been better priced at $1,674,900 but reconsidered when they dropped the price in mid-August to $1,749,900.

Considering that there was no parking and the backyard was tiny, I thought that even that might be too high.

The new price is $1,675,000.  

It is a very nice house.  The bathroom and kitchen are great....but I'm thinking $1,599,000 now.  

Or you could save $600,000 and buy the house at 25 Alcorn!!
