PRICE DROP #2 - 301 Hillhurst Boulevard - ENGLEMOUNT

This 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 128 foot lot has been listed since September when it was listed at $1,576,000.

I posted it at the end of October a few weeks after its first price drop to $1,495,000.

Two of the 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and one of them has sliding glass doors right beside the front door.  It is kind of odd and could make a lot of people nervous.  Plus, the backyard is small.  Too bad the house is set so far back because the front has a lot of yard that could have been used.

I thought this house was overpriced and that it would sell for closer to $1,445,000.

Well, it didn't sell and they have just dropped the price again....

To $1,449,000.

I think they should have more luck with this, if they find a buyer who doesn't mind those sliding doors!
