PRICE DROP - 726 Gerrard Street East - RIVERDALE

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'condo alternative' duplex at the beginning of October.

It is down the street from a noodle place called Pho House that I now think about almost as much as Belly Busters.

But that didn't help sell this place.

Before this place was renovated, it was listed in December for $359,000 then $329,000 in January.

After the reno, it was listed at $799,900.

I thought this place would sell but not for asking.  I was thinking closer to low $7s.  

It is now listed at $699,999.

I am now thinking this is still too high.  Maybe $675,000....
