RELISTED/PRICE INCREASE - 190 Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL (UPDATE)
Like the house at 138 Bedford Road in my last post, this house has also been on the market for over a year.
It is 5+1 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and it sits on a 45 x 191.5 foot lot. It has a great yard if you are into pools and cabanas with beer taps, and there is a movie theatre in the basement.
But I did not think this house was worth the $5,998,000 price tag when I posted in April it let alone its initial $6,495,000 price tag when it was listed in October 2011!!!!
This is not a $6.5 million house and it isn't a $6 million house.
When the price was dropped in May to $5,680,000, I thought they were getting closer to the $5,200,000 price it should have been. (Now, I am thinking high $4s.)
So, it's kind of interesting that it looks like they are going with a new agent and have increased the price again.
The new price is $5,950,000.
It is NOT going to sell for that.
UPDATE: I forgot to mention the powder room toilet which I didn't notice the last few times I posted this house. I have never seen a toilet like this...
