That is why this 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house that has been listed since the end of October isn't selling.
Sure, it sits on a 29 x 128.58 foot lot but that backyard is something you would find in a small $650,000 semi in Trinity-Bellwoods! With a house like this, it needs more backyard.
