PRICE DROP #?- 42 Westmoreland Avenue - DOVERCOURT PARK

WHAT is going on with this place!?!

I first posted this house in April when it was listed at $899,000.  I thought it was $100,000 overpriced but could be good.  It didn't sell and 2 weeks after I posted it, the price was dropped to $849,000.

It never sold and in November it was relisted at $734,900.  That was more like it!

But for some reason, they raised the price the next day........

To $949,900.  WTH!?!

Not surprisingly, it never sold and the price has been dropped....

To $789,900.
