This might be one of my all time favourite listings.
It's not because there is potential in this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on a 25 x 110 foot lot. And it isn't the price because at $969,000, for the size and the work that probably needs to be done, and with the location being so close to Eglington, I think this is priced a little too high....
