The person who built this 5+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 200 x 67 foot lot just off of Bayview really likes glass walls....
And clearly the HBO show Entourage because the only explanation for that dining room is so that they could re-enact this scene (warning: LOTS of profanity)...
I I don't get that dining room at all.
The price, considering it is located right on Bayview, is also a little confusing.
This house is listed at $3,480,000.
And since is has been listed at the same price since October, I am thinking there will be a price drop in January. This house is just way too expensive.
Nice if this is your style, but way too expensive.
I'm thinking more like $2,780,000.
