Even though this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house only sits on a 20 x 43 foot lot, I would move here in a second.
It is wide, but not deep, there is no parking and essentially no yard, but it is well looked after and for a young couple that wants to be mid-town, this is a really nice spot.
The play area under the stairs is pretty cute too. Not quite as nice as 'Suri's Little Office' that you can see at 2:48 of this video...
But cute nonetheless.
This house is listed at $599,000.
The windows aren't the best and the kitchen isn't new but if it works, I wouldn't change it. The yard isn't huge but there is a table out there....
I think this could go for $619,000 even with those windows.
This house shows REALLY well.
