At first glance, this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 25 x 100 foot lot seems like a really good deal at $1,059,000.
Sure, it needs a lot of work but so did the house at 81 Howland Avenue that sold for $1,450,000.
So why has this house been listed since September with no sale and several price changes?

Well, it's because of the location. It is basically right on Bathurst.
It needs too much work to justify this price with that location even though it has apparently been recently renovated. The October price was close but I think still a little high.
This will be a tough sell.
I love that red tile fireplace though. I don't love the mantle but keep the red!
