I am not sure I am crazy about the house. There is something about it that reminds me of an insurance company office building in Florida but if you are really into this style, it could probably be great.
The inside is not what I was expecting to see AT ALL.
But with a selling price of $2,260,000 on this lot, I think it is getting torn down and being replaced with a HUGE house.
Something like the house right beside it at 41 Saintfield....
Or the one down the street at 28 Saintfield across the street from 11 Peebles....
This house isn't sticking around.
PS. When is the neighbour at 47 Saintfield going on the market!?!
I want to see inside that house!
