1 Bedford Road #516 - ANNEX
The first thing that came to mind when I saw this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on Bloor in the Annex was 2001: A Space Odyssey...
Especially this picture...
If this is your style then this apartment is AMAZING. If you get migraines....maybe not so much.
I think this is a really well done condo. I just wish the stove top wasn't in the middle of the island. The fridge full of Lemon Pellegrino would work well in the island and the stove where the fridge is.
Why don't more listings have Heineken as well as Pellegrino like this place!?!
Oh, and the price is $849,900.
The building has an indoor pool, the condo comes with parking, the tv, all the lighting fixtures, the shelves, and all the window coverings. And the condo fees are $643. Not the lowest but it could be worse.
Is the price too high? I don't think so.
