20B/22A/22B Senlac Road - LANSING

Remember the prefab house designed by architect Ray Kappe at 20A Senlac that sold last week?

Well, looks like these builders liked the price, even though it was initially listed at $1,689,000 and sold NINE months later for $1,525,000,  because the builders have listed 3 more houses just like it.

But I think the pictures for 20A were not of the actual house that sold.  I think the pictures are of the model home and all the houses are not the same size.

The house that sold last week had 3+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  As I mentioned, it sold for $1,525,000.

22B Senlac is also 3+1 bedrooms and it is only 3 bathrooms but it is 2,560 square feet plus the basement and it sits on the largest ravine lot.  It is listed at $1,698,000.

22A Senlac is only 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and it is listed at $1,548,000.

20B Senlac is also just 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but is listed lower at $1,498,000.

So.....if you saw 20A Senlac last week for the first time and have been kicking yourself ever since wishing you had bought the same house, well, you clearly have 3 more chances to buy the exact same house (and these all have the option to customize!).

All these houses being for sale explains the expense they put into staging the place with all those Elte carpets.!!!
