26 Harwood Road - DAVISVILLE VILLAGE

When I was a kid, I had a supply teacher for several weeks.

Her name was Ms. Grey.

She wore grey shirts, grey shoes, depending on the day she would where either a grey skirt or grey pants....even her nail polish was grey. No joke.

It was grey overload.

Kind of like this house.

Waaaay to much grey.

Perhaps they were trying to veer away from the white wall thing but I think that would show this house better. The kitchen being grey isn't bad but it is too much with all the grey walls. Is the island really far away from the rest of the kitchen or is that just me?

I like the floors. They look a little yellow in the pictures but I think they would be great in person.

This is what this house used to look like a year ago when it was listed at $649,900.

They saved the tree!!!

The house is now 3 bedrooms. The lot is 24.83 x 125 feet. It is listed at $1,899,000.

For that price, even though the location isn't as close to Mt. Pleasant and it is a little smaller, I would rather buy the house at 337 Cleveland that was priced at $1,625,000 (it seems to have been delisted).

But at least this new build put up a new fence unlike the $5.2 million new build at 16 Vesta in Forest Hill!

This house has already been on the market for 2 weeks. It is one of many new builds that have recently sold or are currently being built in this area. And I don't think any of them have been priced this high.

I think this need to go down to $1,699,000, at least. I don't think it is going anywhere near $1.9.

Unless, of course, you love grey.
