If you aren't into brown, this might not be the house for you.
But if you can get past that, this is a great 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 130 foot lot in a great family neighbourhood.
It could use some work, like the kitchen, the 3rd floor bathroom, some carpets....
And there is no master ensuite. There is only one washroom on the second floor and it is shared with 2 other bedrooms.
I would be inclined to forget about that skylight in the family room on the first floor, extend on top, and create a bigger master bedroom with an ensuite. And get rid of that office.
If that were done, this house would be amazing.
This house is listed at $1,995,000.
It is around the corner from the house at 354 Inglewood that wasn't as large and sold for $1,900,000. It is also down the street from the smaller but updated house at 334 Inglewood Drive that sold for $2,350,000.
And considering that a similar house at 69 Garfield Avenue just sold for $2,375,000, I don't think this house will sit for long.
It is going to give some competition to the house at 24 Whitehall Avenue! But then again, some people just really want Rosedale...
I think this house will sell fast and for closer to $2,185,000.
This house could be amazing. It just needs a few touch ups.....and maybe a new shed.
