SOLD - 69 Garfield Avenue - MOORE PARK
The 'Spring' market (I put it in quotes as it is only mid-January) is picking up and it is picking up FAST!
This 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house has only been on the market for a few days so I guess the agent hasn't been able to get more pictures up!
But it doesn't matter because this house has already sold.
It was listed at $2,199,000.
It's a similar home to the place I posted this morning at 30 Whitehall in Rosedale but this house has the open kitchen to the family room. Sure the kitchen is a little dated but this location is much better.
And though this house is good, it was listed only $300,000 less than the house at 210 Inglewood. That house had more bedrooms and bathrooms, was on a bigger lot, and was just a better house even though it too needed work.
So when I learned that this house sold in ONE day, I was a little surprised.
And then I learned the price.
This house sold for.....
$2,375,000!!!
That is almost the same price as the house at 210 Inglewood! Garfield has less trafiic but still!
As I was saying, this market is picking up and FAST!
