It is a large home with 8+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms that sits on a 99 x 144 foot lot.
Thing is, though I really like the neighbourhood of Wychwood, this house is located in Wychwood Park which I find really creepy.
The pond doesn't help.
That is why I haven't posted it until now thanks to the request of reader (thanks PF!).
But if you are a person how LOVES Wychwood Park, this would seem like an ideal opportunity to get in to the area!
Clearly that is what the seller is thinking. They have lived here for years, have loved it and feel like others should feel the same.
And maybe they would if the house weren't so dated. Things have clearly been done to the house throughout the years but it could still use A LOT of work to make it worth spending $3 million!
The lot is great, it is has a view of the city, the house could be great with another $1 million put into it....
And despite the creepiness of the area, a lot of people do love it.
But clearly, with all those price changes, people don't love it enough to pay what they are asking.
This is a $2.275 million house.
Or you could just lease it for $7,500 a month!
PS. Why are there bar fridges in all the bedrooms?
And is that a statue of the Colonel in the basement....
