And it went for....

This house at 351 Inglewood Drive sold on the same day it was listed.  

Well, technically the contract date was Tuedsay and it sold on Tuesday but this house was up on the agents' site 4 days before so the buyers were ready the moment it was listed.

It is 6+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 130 foot lot.  

It was listed at $1,995,000.

This is prime picking for families looking in this neighbourhood.  

As I mentioned, it is really brown and it could use some work on the inside.  But this house could be great.  

I thought this house would sell for $2,185,000.

It sold for $2,155,000....

Less than a week after a similar house around the corner at 69 Garfield sold over at $2,375,000.

That means there is a couple or two out there who fought about whether or not to bid a little higher on this one, maybe even up to $2,185,000, but decided against it (was it the brown, the north lot, the master bedroom, or the location on the corner?)....

So, the next house that goes up in Moore Park is going just as fast.
